The Ugly Duckling
A swan egg gets mixed up with a nest of duck eggs. When he hatches he doesn't look like the other ducklings so he feels very ugly. When he gets older he grows into a beautiful swan and is happy. Snow White
Snow white was prettier than the queen, so the queen had a huntsman take her into the woods to kill her. The huntsman couldn't kill her, so he told her to go far away, and Snow Whiteran into the woods and found a house with 7 dwarfs. A prince found her on day and awoke her with a kiss, married her, and they lived happily ever after. Rumpelstiltskin
A miller claimed his daughter could spin straw into gold, so the King locked her in a room to do so but shed couldn't so she cried. Then a little man came into the room and spun the straw into gold for her necklace, ring, and firstborn child. The daughter didn't want to give up her child, so the little man gave her 3 days to guess his name and when she did she got to keep her child. The Princess and the Pea
A prince is looking for a real princess to marry and a girl claiming to be one shows up looking for a place to stay. The Queen puts a pea under her bedding because she says a real princess would feel the pea. The girl has a restless night and so they know she is a real princess. The prince marries her and they live happily ever after. The Pied Piper of Hamelin
In Hamelin's Town in Brunswick, rats overran the town and ruined evreything. During a town meeting, a strange man arrived and said that he was the Pied Piper and could make the rats go away. The Mayor let him, and as the Pied Piper piped, all the rats danced merrily after him and left Hamelin's Town alone. Little Red Riding Hood
A girl wearing a red cloak wlaks through the woods to deliver food to her sick grandmother, when the big bad wolf tells her to pick some flowers so he can sneak to her grandmothes house. He dresses up like her grandma and tries to eat Little Red Riding Hood. A huntsman comes to the rescue and saves Red and her Grandma. Hansel and Gretel
Hansel and Gretel's stepmother get their father to dersert the in the woods. The two come upon a cottage and a witch inside tries to cook them but thy push her into the oven. They run home and their father says their stepmother has died and they live happily ever after. The Frog Prince
A young princess dropped a golden ball into a deep spring and a frog offered to get it for her if she loved him, let him live with her, eat off her golden plate, and sleep on your bed. She agreed and after 3 days of following the frogs requests, he turned into a handsome prince and married the princess. The Fisherman and His Wife
A poor fisherman and his wife live in a little hut near the sea. One day the fisherman goes fishing an dcatches a talking fish who is really a prince. His wife makes him ask the fish to grant them many wishes and finally the wife asks too much and the fish returns everything back to the way it was and they are back to living in their little hut. A girl's father remarries after her mother dies and her stepmother is horribly wicked. A vall is held at the castle and Cinderella's fairy god-mother makes her beautiful. Then she danced all night with the prince and lived happily ever after. Blue Beard
Bluebeard was a powerful but ugly lord in France that was looking to get married. He was seen as ugly because his beard was blue, but one woman decided to marry him for his riches. Bluebeard went away one day and told his wife not to open a door at the end of a hallway in the corridor. She opened it out of curiosity and found all of Bluebeards dead ex-wives. When Bluebeard came back he found out she went into the room and tried to kill her, but the wives brothers came to rescue her and killed Bluebeard. Ali Baba and the Forty Theives
Ali Baba is a poor wood cutter who finds a cave full of gold. The gold was hidden there by 40 theives. Ali Baba tells his brother who goes to the cave to look for it and is catured by the theives. His brother turns him into the theives and they pan to kill Ali Baba. The 40 theives go to his house and hide in big oil jars in Ali Baba's garden. Ali Baba's daughter spots the theives and alerts her family and saves them. Aladdin
A boy gets a lamp out of a cave for a jewel robber but keeps it accidently. He rubs the lamp 3 times and a genie pops out and gives him 3 wishes. The boy tricks the genie into getting them out of the cave, then asks to be made a prince to attract a princess' attention. His monkey became an elephant, then later the boy wished the genie to be free. The boy and the princess live happily ever after.
